Burning Above Ribs and Below Ribs, Low sugar, Symptoms

Here is my symptoms, some burning below and above v of
my ribs, worst when lay down, times very nervous and
restless, spell when skin fill tingly shakey and cold
feet are cold feel like am going to pass out. tested
sugar most the time when feel sick it is low. symptom
worse when lying down. have been treated twice for
sinus infection for these symtoms. but always comes
back after off medicine. people i talk to say gall
bladder and others say low sugar but it is low sugar
why the burning? and if gall bladder why low sugar?
please email me with what you think it is or what i
should do next. I am tired of this and not knowing.
with cancer as often now days i hate being put off of
finding what it is and find out i have cancer and
could be treating it all this time. let me know what
you think

It’s not possible for me to arrive at a diagnosis without seeing you in person and performing a physical examination. Your symptoms do not immediately point to any certain diagnosis. I recommend that you see a doctor - a physical examination is needed.

However, the burning you are experiencing may be acid, i.e. heartburn. A 2-week course of stomach acid reducing medication may help. Also, especially as the symptom is worse when you are lying down, I recommend you place a 3 to 4 inch block under the legs (head side) of your bed to keep your head slightly elevated during the night. This may reduce the amount of acid leaking upwards (reflux).

If this does not help, I an endoscopy (gastroscopy) may be needed. Talk to your doctor about this.
